    I've tried a few similar (free) apps previously but the supermarket scanners never picks up the stored barcodes displayed on the phone. Not sure if this one is any different

      For Coles, use the scanner next to the EFTPOS/card reader. It will read backlit screens, where as the laser ones don't.

    i use stocard.. very good.. comes with offer catalogue [when you add ur flybys / EDR… also can add worldwide, not only australia.

    BeepnGo on Android uses approximate sensor to beam IR signals direct to scanners so it works with any scanner. I don't know if there is something similar on iOS.

    Can't you just take a picture of each barcode and store them in a folder? I feel as though this is all the app does.

      Just a Simple solution to backup and use your cards, BoomBar don't collect your card usage to sell to third party companies in return to promote products you would like :-)

    I don't get how the people who are reviewing the app on iTunes think there are no other categories like loyalty cards. All you have to do is swipe up to scroll down to see more categories. Maybe there is some kind of a design improvements that can be made to make it more obvious? Just some constructive feedback. I love the app by the way! :-) thanks
