Free Audiobook + Kindle Edition "The Blue Fairy Book" by Andrew Lang

170

I listen to a lot of audiobooks so I'm always on the lookout for "Whispersync Deals" from Amazon/Audible.
This one has been around for a month or so but thought many of you won't be aware of it.
Can be good to keep your little ones entertained in the car.

To get it for free download the audiobook here and tick "add audio companion".
You need to have an amazon account, but don't need to have a kindle.
Then go to the audible book here
You can login with your amazon e-mail & password. It should already be in your library or otherwise you can download it for free.
I have an audible account with a US address so I'm not sure if the book is also available in audible.com.au, maybe someone can confirm that.

If you haven't used Audible before, you can get free 2 audiobooks by joining here. Don't forget to cancel after a month if you're not planning to be a member.

Edit:
Other free audible audiobooks (straight download from audible) you may be interested in:

I remember these from back when they were crushed trees - it took about 3 years starting at age 7 to read the series, as they were always out on loan at the library - and they had 4 or 5 copies of each.

There are 12 books in the series overall, so hopefully for your youngsters the others may be released the same way - not all classic were for adults [tho some of these were originally :-)].

Or just get all Andrew Lang books free and legal from librivox:

    • Yeah I'm aware of librivox, while they are a great resource for free audiobooks I'd still go for the Audible version if they are free or $0.99 as they are read by professional narrator. Librivox ones are narrated by volunteers so they are a bit of hit and miss for me..
