What's going on here? Have anyone received their $20 cheque?
They've now got something on their web site about getting $25 back if you open an ME bank account, but that is from ME bank.
Also, the blog entry has mysteriously disappeared. Did you keep a copy of it (if they are playing games it might help us prove it if this ends up at a consumer tribunal or in court).
Legally, they can't unilaterally change the terms and conditions like you are suggesting they have - the terms of the contract when we took out our memberships was that the fees are refundable.
I also received the email offering a voucher instead, and responded saying I'd like the full refund please.
I received my cheque last week.
