I ordered two and have not received either yet.
Using the tracking, it has finally been sent from Sweden last Friday - so hopefully not much longer to arrive.

I got an email saying you can click a link to track your item, but when I do, it just comes up with the order details and no tracking number anywhere that I can see.
Ahh, just found tracking via the android app - it doesn't show up via a browser.
Now why the hell has mine been sent to Sweden FFS?
Yup - tracking only works on the app. My band's been in Sweden for the past 3 weeks and now is one its way to somewhere else, hopefully Australia.
Got both today. Now to figure out how to use it as all the instructions are in English.

I'm waiting too. Ordered from China before that has been shipped via Sweden and it takes AGES.
Don't be stressed, just be patient (and frustrated).
Contacted the rep in Ozb and she rep said it should be arriving soon.
I ordered one on 23 April, received about a week ago. The band is genuine, works great!

I haven't received anything from them. Seems it is a scam site …..
Mine turned up yesterday after ordering on the 29th of April. It always takes ages for those sites to ship.
I still haven't received mine. Sent an email last week and still no reply. May take it up with Paypal if there is no email reply by the end of this week.

4 weeks + plus wait is unacceptable.
I put a dispute to paypal and got mine delivered 2 days ago. They replied to paypal but not to any of my email. Not very good customer service.
Ordered on 30/4, received on 9/6 but turns out to be a faulty one. Everything works except for the vibrating function, have send message to Winlady (store rep) and hopefully will get a replacement. Will post back with result.

Hi Allbuy store rep, if you read this could you please reply to email sent to you in regards to faulty product that you sold . a replacement or refund is expected when you sold faulty product in Australia in case you are not aware .

Full Refund received 29/6/15 after emailed them a video of my faulty band as requested.
Hope they fix the mailing isssues
