Not working for me. Everything is on sale so coupon cannot work as it is for full-priced items. Correct me if I'm wrong.

  Correct. Also, I think the coupon code is meant to be "vogue" and as you said, it only applies to full-price items (of which there are none because of the 20% off full-price items sale that started today).
