And the Eos M has been removed :(

    • why would you want one though? the eos m brought great shame to the canon name

      • They are a dream for film making, bargain price. It's actually not that slow shooting stills either imo

    • Even though they are not on the website, they always seem to still be on sale in store. Guess you could call and ask if anyone has stock?

Dying for a deal on the Sony RX100M3, but no avail :(

Lots of things removed. How convenient.

  • It says 'off selected cameras', might want to change the title so comments like above aren't disappointed.

    • Hadn't seen that.

  • can anyone suggest a great value gps?

    • I have the Tomtom go500 which works well for me. The Go50 is the newer version. Unfortunately they have downgraded the quality (cheaper screen and fitings) but the software should be the same. Requires a smartphone to provide traffic.
Currently $134.40 at JB (down from 199)
If you wanted to pay more, the Go600 has a bigger, better screen and the removable dock.

      edit:
Tomtom website has new models Go510 which has lifetime WORLD maps and the Go5100 which has lifetime WORLD maps and its own SIM so no phone connection required.

For most people, a good mount for your existing smartphone works best because:

      1. Google maps gets live traffic info, not historical

      2. You can program it on the way to the car, saves a few minutes

      3. If you connect it to your stereo (3.5mm, bluetooth, etc.) it will lower your music to give the instructions

      4. You can search really well for place names, not just addresses, most dedicated GPS' have places, but never as good as google maps

      5. Its generally not slow like most GPS'

  • Lens as well?

Looking at the prices for the EM5II in the US make this an especially good deal. I'm still used to getting the better offer buying from Adorama or B&H, but this works out to be around 755 USD for local stock (including the battery - something often removed from OS camera purchases). That's around $300 below the current price in the US, notwithstanding any additional taxes the Americans would need to pay. Thanks syousef, I'm sold!
