Well the one day sale ends at 14/05. In Sydney it is already 15/05 but in Perth it is still 14/05. So a fair and less confusing way to design the website and the sale would be to use the IP address to determine to local time and end the sale when it changes date locally. I'm not sure if that's the case here, but that was my guess. :)
