  Holy crap - Invasion of the Vitamin Snatchers.
  I still don't get it why the proprietors don't stipulate a limit to the number one can take out. The way this is going, those who could make it only during weekends are going to find everything on their list unavailable. I just think management cares only about their sales figures. There must be great profit in mainland China reselling this since it's not easily available and people will pay top prices.

    FYI Chemist Warehouse does have a 3 per customer rule, they enforce it here but they might not enforce it at your local.

  It doesn't bother me too much but I can imagine if there were, for example, Indians in China buying something up cheap in China and sending it back to India while local customers were missing out, there would be an outcry.

  Its sad to see many ppl are actually raising their concerns about Asians 'invading' Chemist Warehouse, the sad truth is, its happening and thus ppl are voicing out. Unfortunately a business is a business, chemist warehouse needs to run their business, and those Asian exporters wants to make their bucks, there is nothing wrong with all these, its just disappointing to see the product you want is consistently being emptied :(

  A pharmacist I know was explaining to me a while back that the reason many Chinese are buying up health products in bulk is that a lot of people over there do not trust that the products sold locally in China genuinely contain the vitamins listed on the packaging. Thinking back to the milk formula problem they had a few years ago where a few babies died and 50k infants were hospitalised (Wikipedia), it's no wonder.

  No doubt there are people taking advantage of this in a business sense, but a lot of the people buying the products to export are often doing so at Australian retail prices. As much as it may be upsetting to miss out on a bargain, imagine how it would feel if you couldn't get vitamin supplements in your own country for fear of your own health…
