There are many reports across the web of people going through hell and back to get warranty done, while conversely there are many good reports.

For warranty issues, we have revisited and improved the whole procedure since early this year. If you might read online reviews, we have collected nearly no negative reviews on warranty, and also processing / shipping time, and customer service response time since Mar 2015.

grey import is not a big problem, but recondition/refurbished/second-hand products are BIG problem. some of them are so good that most people don't know they arenot brand new.
If cameraparadise.com don't provide Australia Tax Invoice, it is a much BIGGER problem because you can't get help from ACCC.

I'm on the market to purchase a 5d3 and I'm seriously thinking of getting it from camera paradise, so if a do I'll let you guys know my experience.
I'm just holding off for local stores to have their EOFY sale and compare. I know in not going to find anything cheaper but I'm happy to pay $3k with local 2yrs warranty than $2.8 and ask the risk and head ache that comes with it.
