I received my fetch tv box 2-3 days after I upgraded from my old plan, however I didn't receive my tablet until a week or so AFTER my new plan was "active".
I have got the tablet.. Not the fetch TV though.
i place my order 24 march 2015. i have a new big home bundle plan active 1-2 days after that. i received my optus tv after 4 weeks waited, but still not receiving my Samsung tablet. i called them they said "we are out of stocks and waiting for Samsung shipped new stocks come" and they will post to me. it may take around 3 weeks to wait for tablet to be delivered.
i signed up start of april and the change of plan would not take effect till the start of this month which was 4 days ago. I have had to reschedule the installation (i assume install of the new router with voip for the phone line) to the 13th May so that may have delayed things. I was promised a free speedpack with this deal and my login member services does not show this is the case. atm no tv box, no tablet, no speedpack.
i will be patient so i'll wait another 10 days then i may need to give them a call…
i gave them a call last time i told them "i don't need the Optus TV set box can i return it back and swap for speed pack" they said "no". which my friend was do that and they accepted. don't know y..
I got the speed pack for free simply by asking them to tell me about it.
I said something along the lines of "I've heard about something called a speed pack - can you tell me what that is?" The phone person explained what it was and then put it on my account for free.
i had to try 4 times :P
they were extremely reluctant
I got my fetch tv box within a few days of being connected. Is your internet connected?
What do you mean by "no response"? They didn't answer the phone, or they answered but had nothing to tell you?
