Ive found this little hack to get FREE delivery on target for items that qualify for express delivery

Buy Any item on target that qualifies for Express Delivery and then add a cheap Women's item (from $3) for free express delivery. FREE Delivery option will appear in first page of checkout

You can then return the unwanted Women's items to your local target for a refund if you wish - like a true ozbargainer would

    It's not every category. If you add items that are not in an apparel category, the express shipping option is disabled because "Items in your basket prevent this delivery option".

    Not sure if you can return underwear to Target, so packaged underwear or socks might be a better option to buy and return.

    If you combine a Women's Apparel with another item that can't be expressed delivered, it won't work. At least for me it doesn't.
