Won Comp but No Prize or Communication ?

Odd there is no forum topic for competitions.

So here I am in general discussion.

I entered a Medibank Gymbetter competition a few months ago. I swear I got onto it thru ozbargain, but no matter how I search I can no longer find it.

Anyway, after a time, I'm excited to get this email

Congratulations! You are a winner in the Medibank GymBetter “Gym Experience” promotion.

You have won a JAWBONE UP and MOVE Activity Tracker + Accessory pack, which is ready be delivered to you very soon.

That was 6 March. I though I read somewhere (T&C's maybe) that all prizes would be distributed by 24 April. A week later, I've received nothing, and no reply to my follow-up email to them.

What can I do ? There is no contact number. Ultimately I could chase them via their lottery permit number, but what a hassle.

    I believe this is the comp.

    From the T&C:

    The promoter is Medibank Private Limited (ABN 47 080 890 259) of Medibank Place, Level 4, 720 Bourke Street, Docklands, Victoria 3008, telephone 132 331 (“Promoter”).

    I would contact them.

      Thanks for the link - explains why I couldn't find it.
      I guess you mean phone - I already tried email, no response.

      16 minutes on the phone, no real progress. They have my details again and are chasing it up, promise to call back Monday

      The comments are open.

      However, when you click, "I've won", the comments will automatically be opened so you can leave a comment and then click I won to mark as won.

      Looks like you have done that.

        oh, thanks. Pays to read the pop-up I guess. I automatically closed between you making your comment and me reading it.
        But all good now.
