The discount is available on orders placed through the Android or iOS Delivery Hero Australia apps. Minimum order $20. The remaining balance must be paid by Paypal, credit or debit card (the offer does not apply for cash payments). You have to be logged-in to a Delivery Hero account to be able to redeem your voucher. You may not pass on the voucher to a third party or publish it. Voucher quantity is limited, and the discount will not be available once the voucher is exhausted.     Monday - Thursday they always have a coupon.
    Friday - Sunday they don't.

      If it becomes perminent I'll be checking into Jenny Craig! Like most comments on here, I think it has really pushed people into take away, or delivery I should say. Pizza and Thai food has become my staple diet for lunch and dinner, can't be good for me but DAMN does it taste good and ever so cheeeeeap :D

          It might be that that's the only way the restaurant will let you pay. Try another one see if you have the same problem.

          Well… that was a nightmare.

          I found the "Vouchers & Competition Codes" in my account, added the $14 off voucher, checked it so that it would "be applied to my next order".
          It STILL didn't appear in the review order screen, but I went through with the order anyway (thinking that it would still be applied). Nope.

          Had to call the restaurant, and cancel the order. I had a 10 minute argument with the owner, who was utterly confused. I just wanted to cancel the order, get off the phone, and start from square one. He wanted to argue that it's impossible I had such a voucher, as he can't do a pizza for $10 delivered. I stressed to him that he still gets his full fee (less commission), and delivery hero absorbs this as a marketing cost (at least I'm 90% sure this is the way it works). He wouldn't cancel the order, he just wanted to keep arguing. In the end, he told me to phone Delivery Hero and cancel the order, because otherwise he still gets charged their commission fee. Anyway, I think I eventually got the order cancelled.

          10 minutes of my life I'll never get back.

          Placed an order with another Pizzeria, PayPal, less $14. Perfect.

      Make sure there isn't a space at the end. If you're using predictive text and you click on the word your phone often auto adds a space

    Min order $25 and $5 delivery is the best in my area :/ Still ordered up a good deal but not amazing.
    There is a $20 min and free delivery Indian food but I agreed to be shaken down for a $5 fee next time I order from them after arguing on the phone.

    Can anyone here explain to me how I can rate a restaurant on delivery hero?

    I ordered my dinner at 6:30pm today and it said it would arrive at about 7:30pm and I called them at 7:45pm and they said 10 minutes and its 8:15pm and the food still has not arrived.

    ChinaTeaClub in ACT Canberra if anyone is keen to know. Will not order again.

    Edit: Deal is still amazing, upvoted if anyone is wondering just annoyed at the specific restaurant

      I've ordered from this place and they're always on time, food packed to the top. Also Diamond Chinese restaurant and DeWok noodle bar. All places have been on time and really good :)

        Really? Maybe I was just unlucky this time but really the worst part that came out of this wasn't just the delivery time, it was the people on the phone. They were rude and gave false information, claiming 10 minutes each time when the food was nowhere near. Makes me think that its simply the standard response, I didn't even expect my food to arrive after the 3rd call

    Tried delivery hero for the first time, pretty happy with the restaurant i chose. Sadly not that many restaurant near my place and delivery charge is pretty high (And minimum spending is $40). But with the discount its still a bargain :)

    How does one leave a review for the restaurant? I had a positive experience with one that only had 2 reviews so wanted to contribute but cannot see anywhere to leave a review?

      Once the order is completed, the restaurant will invite you to leave a review i think. I waited for about 2 hours before a rating page for that restaurant appears on my profile page.
