Your website is on an Australian domain, why isn't the content in English ???
It is in English. I had no problem reading it at all.
I had it in Chinese (first loaded) so jv is correct.
By clicking the flag to the right changed it to English.
Wasn't an issue navigating around!
Your Terms & Conditions are not legal under Australian law…
jv laying down the law. Also what is the normal price of this?
what is the normal price of this?
They've reduced the price of the product by 10%, but postage is the same…
MOD, please remove this, I don't understand those writing or character in their website.
Do you have a learning disability? The site is in English.
(protip: click the English flag)
Why should I click on the English flag?
I am in Australia, I expect when I click on the link, I see English unless Ozbargain.com.au is in Chinese.WTF!?!?
To be fair, the product isn't bad one but this site seems to be a retrofit from a Taiwanese Website and gets 'dumped' into a local hosting company.
The Chinese name sounds disturbing, as if it is made from urine :(
In reality, this is $9.90 for ten facial masks. That's good value for this product, but the $0 product with an outrageous 'shipping' fee is pretty cheeky. I've ordered, thanks OP.
$9.90 for 10 masks, is about the right price when you buy them in Asia.
Overpriced if you buy them in shops here, I usually stock up when I go back Taiwan, feels better knowing I'm picking up genuine products from shops.
At this price, if genuine and I needed it, it's not too bad at all.Curious about the expiry date though?
Some of the chinese words on the website are in "simplified chinese" which is mainly use in china , taiwanese suppose to use "traditional chinese" words. but they are selling taiwan products, i guess the words they use aren't a factor.
If you've never purchased from narukoaustralia.com.au I think it'd be helpful not to troll the post. C'mon guys, when you're only paying for the postage, do them a favour and be grateful. I've bought from them before and it is the genuine product and it came in an Auspost e-parcel. I'd be blaming Australia Post pricing before trolling the OP.
And if you've never heard of Naruko before, you're probably not going to buy it anyways. Everyone in Taiwan knows who they are. Let's quit it with the racist sarcasm (urine??); xenophobic comments (just because you don't understand Chinese, you want to terminate the post?!?!); and the inaccurate speculation (dumped local hosting company???). It's obvious that they target Chinese literate buyers in Australia, so be happy that you get a chance to purchase in English. Disclaimer: I am of Chinese descent, so let's quit it with the insensitive comments about Chinese and English and Australia. I've had to put up with so much racism my whole life.
Before you go and accuse everyone of being a flamin' racist, e.g. Ragnarok1983, the 3 characters in down the middle of the box is Chinese for hyaluronan the middle character of which directly translate to 'urine' in isolation. I am just going to stop here and not launch a bunch of accusations your way.
Easy there with the racist card, I am actually Chinese too (and a FOB too if you want to get into specifics). If the OP gonna post on Ozbargains, perhaps a bit of homework would make sense for the occidental consumers, i.e. starting with at least some English descriptions?
If you dont like the idea that English is the lingua franca of Australia, then I got bad news for you.
What a ridiculous price for postage.
