Obviously personal opinion, but I think this tastes much better than ON Gold.
But I've never rated ON Gold, I think they taste like crap. I personally prefer Dymatize Elite.
Some other ON products taste okay, but I think there are much better tasting products on the market that are just as good nutritionally.
I'm pretty sure from memory that SAN PP provides one of the highest doses of leucine per serve, would need to check my spreadsheet!
