  • Paid $139.95 in January from one of the main local sellers on eBay. Looks like the price has crept up a bit recently.

    • I paid just over $150 posted from exceltek almost 12 months ago. Our dropping $AU wouldn't help things either.

They seem to hold their value, just wish mine would hold their charge as well. :(

      • Are they self-discharging significantly when not in use? Bought a pair mainly to supplant my Backbeat Go 2s for long outings. Impression so far is they outlast the Backbeats by several hours, but I've always charged them the day before, so kinda curious how much charge they retain after sitting on the shelf for several weeks.

        • When I first bought them I was using them daily, (gym, to-from work etc.) And battery life seemed good, not the 8hrs promised but around 6hrs which given the volume level was about what I expected. Charge would be every second night.
After about 6months, my useage dropped to maybe an hour a day, but I also noticed they would never last more than a couple of days, 3 at best.
It does seem that without charge they do dissapate a bit, that or the battery has deteriorated noticabley.

I've been meaning to run a test, by just connecting them and constantly loop an album to see just how long from charge they last now, but never had the time.
Still the best set of earphones I've had though overall when combining sound, comfort, Bluetooth and sweat-proof (can't rate that last one highly enough).

  • Thanks OP. Ordered a pair hope no disappointments

  • I'm looking for stereo headphones that are good for mobile calls. Will these do as good a job as the jawbone or blueant in-ear jobs? (but with stereo for music)
