  Would this work with the hotelclub Amex offer? AFAIK HC and RTG are the same company.

  tried on 1 of the hotel in singapore, only saving me around $78 for 2 adults, excluding 2 kids. So, I ended up buying direct from the hotel website as it allowed me to book for 2 Adults + 2 kids (rooms were available for the date chosen).

  I found that booking direct thru the hotel website works out cheaper as most of these booking sites charges markup at least $40 per night on any hotels listed in their websites.

  this seems to be the cheapest for the hotel i'm looking at in thailand in june

  i'm comparing it against hotelclub+cashrewards 8% and visa promo (don't have amex unfortunately).

  a question, do you guys choose the site's own currency converter or do you pick USD and let your bank do the conversion? reason I ask is cos I have the citibank account which gives great conversions

  The code is still up on the website being advertised and is active - I just used it successfully to make a booking. Not sure when it actually does expire as couldn't see the T&C's.
