Just back from Coles, where they have an offer on Duracell 4pk AA & 4pk AAA batteries. The 4xAA are $3.74, & the 4xAAA are $5. But on the racks are Duracell packs with a buy 4 get 2 promotion, so you get 6 for the price of 4, as well as the 'less than half price' offer. I bought several packs of both. Works out at 62c per AA & 83c for the AAA. Don't think I've ever seen them cheaper….
Well, the shop said Coles outside it, & the receipt says Coles, & I go in there every week, soo…I don't think it was Woolies!
I just whipped across to my local coles on a Pizza run and saw:
- 6 (or 7) AAA batteries for $5 (save ~$3.50).
- 4-6 AA batteries for $3.34 (save $3.35)

Coles catalogie states $5 for the AAs. May they have price matched perhaps?
