  sent out a broken seal phone to me, looks like used before hence requested a swap over but never heard back from them ever since a week ago, called them and told the case escalated, escalated, escalated … and when asked for refund they could not even do it too as they told me it is out of their authorisation which is bullshit because the item ordered online and I just rang the number they provided me

    Last item I used shipping, Dicksmith sent me an item that was returned by a customer. This was the logitech IP5 phone holder, one metal plate was missing. I didn't want to waste my time calling as there was one metal plate which I can use. I would have to agree this is very unprofessional for a business and if you can do click and collect, do it.
