I see our votes as a guide for other people to choose a better product and deal. So when some one shares his/her experience on Dell and because of low quality and customer service it's generally negative (compare to other manufacturers) it's a helpful hint for those who want to buy such product. It's not because they hate Dell and love for example Acer!
I personally has recommended Dell to many people for years but Dell goes a wrong way and you can see it for yourself.
And believe me you will end up paying more than $100 ,in terms of money and wasted time and the hassle, by buying an inspiron.
So for me it's a negative.
