They look like they've been breeding.

  • I know it's only .68 but white chocolate?

Lots of other chocolate deals too. Now is the time to grab some if you are interested. Impulse bought a 150g humpty egg today for 50cents from coles (they had a whole pallet of them).

My favourite however is the malteser bunny! Well worth the original $1 price, but currently only 25cents at woolies (and probably similar at other stores). Almost created a new post for this, but not sure how many others share my obsession with these. They are probably hard to find by now though, I grabbed what looked like the last one from my local store, but you might get lucky.

Yeah mate.. they're bloody beautiful! I buy a ship load when they're at 50c.

UK recipe chocolate… tastes so much better.

    • I bought a packet of the small Malteser bunnies and a packet of Malteser little eggs from Aldi yesterday…$1.99 each which was half price…might be worth trying Aldi if you want/need more!!

  • Saw these and got excited til I saw they were all white choc but picked up other individually wrapped choc at bargain prices = 10 cents.

All my local Coles ran out of cheap Easter chocolates. I'll need to browse around when I'm in the city.

  • Wow, they are ALL gone :(

    • At which store, Flemington?

      • Yep, saw the price tag but shelf was empty

  • Just out of curiosity why the others buy Easter Chocolate when Easter has passed.
    - own consumption now?
    - cooking?
    - keep them for next year?

Isn't Chinese Easter a month later like New Year?

      • I think you mean Orthodox Easter.

        • Orthodox Easter was last weekend.

because it's chocolate and not expired yet. you can call it whatever it's still yummy chocolate

    • I love chocolate, I don't care if it is in the shape of an egg or bunny. So I stock pile and have a choc treat when I want it. So personal consumption. All. for. me.

Oops, got a -vote for asking a question.

    • I use them in pancakes and waffles. Easy to crush into little pieces. Before throwing them into the batter, be sure to sample it for quality assurance. If unsure, repeat sampling until thoroughly satisfied. Unfortunately, you may also have to eat the larger pieces which can't be broken into little pieces. Do this early in the morning before the kids wake up to ensure they don't interfere with the quality assurance process.

  • Because we can…

These were 25 cents at Coles Carlingford NSW yesterday but one couple (not me) bought the entire stock…

    • I guess if you are into baking, white choc come in handy and lindt are a good brand so they can melt them down and ice a cake up I wonder if the block are better value as you dont get much for your $$
