Physical copy is $78 from Harvey Norman, not that much difference to this when exchange rate is factored in

This isn't a very good deal considering a non-Steam key can be bought for $38AUD and a Steam key for $64AUD. This "deal" from GMG works out to be like $75 for a non-Steam key…

Join the chat group, open a private chat with Jerry and he will walk you through it. Basically he gives you an email address to Paypal the money to and then asks your email address to send the Steam gift.
It's cheaper on Nuuvem or if you use a VPN on the GMG site ($55 usd + 22% off vs $58.50)

What were they $75 with signup? If so then yeah, thats pretty much the lowest physical copy, but you could go to ebay or jb hifi if they are closer
