Free Medical Tourism Insurance for Visiting South Korea

100

I am aware that this is OZ-bargain, but this may be useful to OZ-people travelling to Korea for Medical Tourism.
The Korean Tourism Organisation is providing free Medical Tourism Insurance to the first 5000 people.
From the website, it seems to cover:
*Injury, death/stress disorder during your stay in Korea
*Liabilities for Damage during Stay in Korea
*Interpretation Service for Medical Disputes
*Financial Support to Cover Extended Stay

So go get a new face!

Note: This is for South Korea… don't try to redeem your insurance in North Korea. Thanks MS :)
Note: Moved from Health & Beauty to Travel!

    • That's misinformation. If you are visting NK you have to be part of a tour and the tour guides will get into a lot of trouble with their govt if something happens to you.

Korea is calling! First the transport card with ₩10,000 credit, and now this.

  • I read this as only applying to those who plan to go there to get medical treatment like for some Nip Tuck

  • Did anyone see the site the other night called "Botched Overseas" about multiple people who went overseas for surgery that went wrong.
