Can not agree more. I can't really understand they can't work on-call + hourly rate.
I dont think it's a matter they cant, they just dont want to. I mean this is essentially just preying on people after taking "beautiful" shots of themselves, then they will tell you if you dont pay for it the pics will get deleted afterwards. So it's either pay up or lost forever.
So to sum it up, it's basically blackmailing…
So you're given TWO photos, a bunch of crap, and a hard sell at ridiculous prices on all the other photos…
Not a deal for mine, especially when we don't know how much the other photos will be.guys just rememeber you also get CHOCOLATE!
just 1 chocoLatE ok?! not 2 :P
one only
if you got time to kill and ONLY after the 2 prints. Good deal~
If your pocket is deep~~~then this is a good deal, as you will be spending over hundreds or even thousand to get all the photoshoped photo prints and digital image.
I doubt this package will give u the digital image ….prob just the 2 prints. Then you will want the digital image, hence paying MORE again
I reckon fairtrading should investigate into all those unethical sales tactics!
Based on my experience with other photographers, I always find these (photo shoot studios) kinda biz model a bit suss . Point being they often only include "Your X fave images", then they charge you a crazy amount per photo. So you end up paying heaps more than the super cheap "bargain package" price.
My apologies for my rant OP, but i just wanted to vent my negative experience ;)
