      What is worse then something that is not a bargain is when something is passed off as a bargain when it is not.

      It is actually illegal to use was/now pricing, or in this case 'don't pay'/price. I highly doubt that wireless1 ever sold this product recently for $99.

        that's a great link - I would think that Grays Online would be done nearly everytime with that - quoting New Original prices when they are selling the item refurbished and not a current model (as they do with computers)

        @OzBen: Typically bugger all. It's no wonder consumer laws are constantly broken and people get suckered into extended warranty payments etc.

  I bought one from MSY last year for its regular price of $35. So you really just drop your regular price of $99 down to match MSY now? Disappointing.
