Well I made sure that I did the 10,000 steps per day - mind you there were a couple of late evening walks around the block to get me over the line a couple of nights but on the whole I managed without too much trouble. I consciously park the furtherest from the shopping centre and even from the gym when I go. I walk around to the back door and enter and leave that way. It is not too hard to incorporate these changes into your life and I have found a good weight loss benefit as well. I have not had my email yet confirming the $100 though

Haven't done Medibank, but there is a similar thing called the global corporate challenge. I averaged 16k steps for the month or two it ran.
