I have been looking to get this Logitech AnyAngle Folio for my IPad Air 2 and the price is usually $56 @ OFFICEWORK or $69 Dicksmith.
I was just browsing through the net and I found that they are on sales.
Of course, I bought it without hesitation.
Together, it almost doubles the total of the ipad air2! (among other things like thickness…)
not sure what im missing here. but why are cases so bloody expensive and why people continue to buy them at these prices.
molded plastic shell with a bloody hinge. not exactly cutting edge tech. and also why you can buy cases from the chinese stupidly cheap.
because there are some serious stupid people in the world. logitech did their research
I think it is partially because retailers give you discount on those cases when they sell it with the tablet. If I get a tablet for $300~$500 and the tablet case comes out to like $10-$30 after discount, it doesn't look too unreasonable. I know that Amazon US and eBay usually have more cases at cheaper price, but it takes time before it gets delievered and there are awful quality cases on eBay .
Looks like the sales is still on.
With $34, the price is pretty okay. A cheap ebay one can cost you around $10-15 although I think that those ebay one should do the job well.
I bought this case at $70. It's kinda thick, but that's the trade off for the hinge that can support any angle. For this price, I think it's quite reasonable given it's sturdiness.
I take it it's selling well…
