edit: sorry for swearing. Anyway, I find this beer repulsive. If you buy it don't buy 2 packs just because its cheap. Try it first then commit later.

it's cheap and nasty in Thailand and varies between 3-10%+ alcohol (although says 6% on label)
not sure what the export is like tho..
It actually says 5% on the label

Looks good - Be careful though with the voucher as when I went with last month's voucher it wouldn't scan in black and white and they told me it had to be colour print out otherwise they can't scan. No scan = no discount as they cant input manually (well that's what they told me)
Mine never scan properly and they don't have a problem doing it manually.
Mine regularly scan in black and white. Last time my printer ran out of ink during printing. The guy still accepted the voucher and entered it manually.
Are BWS stores franchises? I thought they were owned by Woolworths, but my CC transaction appears as neither BWS or Woolworths, but some other business name.
mine are always in B&W and have no trouble going through.
Same here, mine never scan though either for some reason, whether I use my laser or inkjet, regardless of resolution, weird. I've not encountered a single staff member who has even queried the validity, big thumbs up for BWS on that play IMHO! ;)

good find - these taste pretty nice although my mates just came back from thailand and were told over there that it contains formaldehyde? or some sort of preservative that is bad for you, so that they're able to store it in extreme heat without it turning bad.. anybody heard anything similar about Chang?

Gread deal and great post. I just picked up a 6 pack from my local BWS. Sure it tastes very different from your VB's and your Carlton Draughts, but I don't mind it. And knowing that each stuby only cost me $1.67 makes the beer taste even better!
