I feel as if it would. I added my $250 voucher as store credit on "My Account" then applied a voucher on the checkout. If you try to add the store credit AND the voucher on the checkout it won't work.

Be careful what you buy. The Iconic is incredibly overpriced. Obviously you might unearth some deals, but it is a rarity.
Overpriced and loads of junk to sift through as well. They are not very "iconic" to me.
Australia how no idea about how to run online stores. Almost all the etailers I have purchased from are overseas (GreenManGaming, Asos, Macys, Amazon, GamersGate,…) Are overpriced shipping fees make it even worse.

Thanks for this. Pity it's only on full price items, as a lot of the decent stuff is on sale. You'd think they'd want to shift stuff that's low in stock/odd sizes/hasn't been selling. Agree that it's overpriced, and be careful about the quality too. My girlfriend bought me a $100 Hugo Boss belt ($100 for a belt is already outrageous for me, although she did use her ING voucher) and it was bonded leather that was damaged when it arrived. Hugo Boss stuff is made in Indonesian sweatshops and is hugely marked up considering how much of their stuff is poor quality.
At first I couldn't understand how the Iconic could afford to give away so many vouchers via ING, but now I know that they're building awareness of their brand and subsidising offers like this one by inflated rack-rate prices. Still, nice to get some new clobber for free, but echoing those above - careful what you spend your funny money on.
With the recent spend $350 get $100 off deal I managed to stretch my voucher to a couple pairs of Maui Jims.
I swear these things have the habit of popping up 1-3 days after i place an order on the website.
