Quickflix has lots of deals I know but this seems like a good one. Unfortunately there is a clause if you've already had a free trial

  • how many rentals at a time?.

    • 2 at a time.

  • well if its anything like foxtel then you get like max 5?

    • It doesn't include "Premium" content - so you'd be lucky to find 5 you haven't already seen.

I joined up but couldn't find much I hadn't already seen and I'm no DVD nut.
      Apparently offer is unlimited though.

    • Well one day to watch, four days to send back and forth, yeah..you might get around 10-14. (Provided you do two at a time.)

  • Wheres the clause if weve already has a trial? What if i sign up with a new email (but obviously same address)

      1. This offer is only valid for first time Quickflix users. It is not available for persons who have previously registered with Quickflix. Offer limited to one claim per household.

      Elsewhere, it states:

"A free trial of the subscription service is available to eligible new members. To be eligible for this offer, you must be a first time customer of the Quickflix subscription service, including Homescreen and DVD Library hosted services.

Quickflix reserves the right to restrict the free trial promotion and any other promotions to one instance per household. The creation of additional accounts at the same household address may incur an immediate subscription charge against all subsequent accounts. Quickflix will charge for the abuse of the promotional trial service. This applies across all services provided by Quickflix (Quickflix, The Sydney Morning Herald DVD Library and The Age DVD Library). "

I wish they could retrieve it out of my letterbox instead of having to post it back.

    • You'l probably get charged if you gave them payment details..or an invoice…or that was what happened with someone.

  • just signed up. thanks for sharing. how do you cancel after 6 weeks?

    • You didn't read the terms and conditions prior to signing up? ;)
