It was previously showing as out of stock in all belts. Guess they found some more belts out at the back of a warehouse some where.

Yes there's currently free delivery. There's a banner on the Tarocash web site front page saying free shipping on all online orders ends mid night 15th March. It's a promo free shipping on all orders sale.
