Deliveries are via a truck, so not possible where there's no truck parking (e.g. underground carpark or no street parking big enough for trucks). The first time I tried they had to park 10 mins away and I had to drive to the truck to pick up my groceries. It was unusual for people to see me get my shopping out the back of a truck… The irony is I live right above Woolies, and just wanted to try the service just for the sake of it (shopping from my desk and use their free delivery offer). Fully lame I know.
