Like the previous deal, Guild Wars 2 is $10 again this coming weekend for all those who missed it in the first place! Deluxe edition is on sale as well but I think it's general consensus that it's not worth it.

I bought it for $10 during the sale and I have a decked out level 80 already haha. I really like how levelling involves exploring and you get the majority of your exp from doing huge world bosses or from completing all the quests on a map.
Just read reviews, but for $10 and no subscription - I think you can get a lot of hours of entertainment.
Quit after getting a lvl 50 crusader/defnder or whatever lol.
Most of the experience were from quests and they were pretty boring IMO… I prefer Tera as it keeps you more engaged (physically have to dodge). Regardless the best part of this is that it has no subscription so you can leave it for awhile and come back without having to worry about additional costs.
Not sure if you have actually played GW2 or not.
There are no quests and you have to actively dodge.
For $10 it's well worth it even if you only end up experiencing half the game. It does tend to get repetitive just like any MMO but the events that they run help keep things fresh and you would have got more than your moneys worth by the time you are repeating content.
@static: Err… by quest I mean those heart things that you fill up… Also, I'm pretty sure there are quests as I was sent to a cave to kill a "boss" of the mercs in the first area.

Great game well worth the $10 for many more hours and a complete game compared to the money people are sinking into Early Access.
have tried many times to like this… pre-ordered and played for a few months with a big guild, left and came back a few times, but just isn't my thing.

I just redownloaded the game after leaving it for like 2-3 years using the Voda unlimited data weekend… it's a 40GB+ download.
Also, the game might not be for everyone… would recommend checking out reviews and gameplay before actually going ahead. I'm one of those that didn't really enjoy the game, will try getting into though.
