Found this in Harvey Norman in Mackay. Hopefully the sale is nation wide. The model number is ASTG09KMCA. I have the cooling only version of this air con. VERY energy efficient. It is still advertised for $899 on the HN website.     Yeah, I saw that last night. Free delivery is only for certain areas. Will cost me $42 to get it to Mackay :(

    I have 3 that are 10 years old and still going strong!
    But quality made 10yrs ago is probabky better than todays standard

    Yes. Top 4 brands seem to be Panasonic, Fujitsu, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries & Daikin (super-high priced).
