Cheapest deal for an iPhone 6/5s

Hi guys,

I think it's about time I upgraded from my bulletproof iPhone 4. I've been looking to upgrade to either an iPhone 5s or an iPhone 6.

Any ideas on where I can get the best deal on either?

Where do I buy a bulletproof iPhone 4? Looking at the shattered iPhone screens all around me on a daily basis this would be a worthwhile investment?
