Brother DCP1510 Multifunction Mono Laser Printer for $88 (In Store Pickup) at Harvey Norman.

71

Sweet deal, that only gets sweeter.

This multifunction printer is very cheap at the moment. Found stock online to pick up in every state except for NT.

I bought this a couple of days ago and I am very happy with it.

Key Features

Fast and compact with premium results
High quality printing, copying and scanning
Low running costs for daily print requirements
Monochrome laser printing for your home office
2-in-2 ID copy function for productive and efficient work
Comes with 16MB standard memory
Standard paper capacity up to 150 sheets

Now, I got this for an even better price, $79.80, how?
I bought it from The Good Guys for $129. Next day I went back using their Price Guarantee, getting 120% of the difference back. $129 - $88 = $41 — 120% = $49.20, discounted of $129 makes it $79.80

Their Price Guarantee states that as long as a store in the city (anywhere) has a better price, they will give you that difference (and a little extra) back.

Enjoy!!!

    • Sure, they put it at 20% off, although offer ends today for that one and tomorrow is back at $99. Better be quick.

In my opinion, best value mono-laser is this from Samsung. Bought 2 at OW with MSY pricematch. Awesome quality…

Manual duplex is a pain in the proverbial, Mr. tightproverbial ;).

      • +1

Don't care for duplex. This does everything I need :)

        • +2

that's right, duplexing is only for toilet paper you pay for.
That free office copier paper doesn't need to be duplexed.

        • @supabrudda:

duplexing is only for toilet paper you pay for.

I almost needed some toilet paper after reading that. I wouldn't duplex it though - not manually, at least :/ Maybe if I had an ADPF (Automatic Dunny Paper Feeder).

      • No ADF also a pain.

OP & everyone else, thanks for the tips. Especially TA, you are a champ.
Anyone got recommendations for a decent good value 3-in-1 laser printer with ok running costs that has auto duplex and maybe an auto document feeder and wireless? These ones only have manual duplex and no feeder or wireless, which I wouldn't expect at this price point. I have a Canon MX880 inkjet which does everything and is great, only issue is it costs a lot more to run than a laser (of course).
      Thanks…

      • Try this if you have any luck at your local Aldi because stock is rather limited

      • These ones only have manual duplex and no feeder or wireless

Hi hoverboardrider. FYI, the Samsung I mentioned above is wireless. Cheers.

        I see it now…sorry

  • This is a really good deal. You get printer, scanner and photocopier functions for only $88. Also the cartridges are only $15-$18 on ebay. I always order a lot of 2 cartridges. That way I do not have to rush to officeworks & pay around $40. Many people have modems with USB ports. I have my printer hooked up to modem's USB port so I can print from any computer. Samsung & Xerox laser printers are cheap but the cartridges are very expensive.

It is $69.20 in DS after applying OMG10 code. I just ordered one.

    • Thanks, Just ordered one as well.

  • just picked up. fyi no cable included

    • USB cable? These generally aren't supplied.

      • oh really, my $50 Brother printer dose ;(

  • No USB, but great printer for the price - bought one, very happy.

  • On the topic of this printer. New compatible toner cartridges for this printer is really cheap on eBay at $17.50 delivered for 1500 pages. It's quite an economical printer to run and maintain.
