Jenkins Portable Bluetooth Speaker $5 Officeworks Plenty of Stock at VIC Park WA

130

Was looking for another cheap portable Bluetooth speaker and came across this one at Office works. I also have a Logitech X100 and consider this its equal in sound quality from a small speaker. Dont expect masive base or Extreme volume but this does just fine for music listening and Audio book playback. For $5 its hard to go wrong.

Vic Park WA had plenty of Silver and Blue left yesterday when i picked up my three. Its listed as Clearance on there website.

  • There is no way the sound quality is equal (at higher volumes).

Bargain speaker for bluetooth though. Used some for cosplays and re-purposed as a shower speaker.

    • Are these water resistant?

I wrapped my Logitech one with cling wrap to use as a shower speaker.

      • I strap it (so it doesn't fall) onto a shower rack hanging over the (glass) shower screen and just prop it up on top of the screen-side.

        It doesn't get wet there.

  • Non in my local store Joondalup W.A.

    • Picked up two @ Vic Park yesterday. They were on the shelf. Seemed like a few of you had come in and asked about them. Original price was $8 so not that big a deal, but the store guy was genuinely shocked how many had been sold yesterday.

There don't seem to be any available in Brsbane (southside, anyways)…

What about WA Park VIC ?

    • C'mon, that's got to be worth a plus for the giggle :-)

  • Dimensions are W 110 x D 153 x H 51mm

that's massive! bigger than the size of a CD/DVD?

How do these charge, via mini-usb, micro-usb?

      It's been a while since highschool, but ….. Area = π r^2 right ?????

    • USB>Custom/unsure (similar to a 2.5mm plug)

  • Can anyone tell how you can search for all clearance stock in officework webpage??? I've tried to type the wording "Clearance" but somehow only a few pops up…

Found a store showing "limited stock" online. Ring them up and the guy is adamant that they're sold out and the system hasn't updated. Maybe they're sitting under the counter till the end of the guy's shift… >.>

    Conspiracy theories… XD

    • Had the same problem here. But I went in instead of calling.
      None in Dandenong BTW.
