      I am trying to determine Why you negged the deal ?
      Do you think an inbuilt Bluetooth selfie can be bought for less ?
      If you are comparing the merits of separate remote vs built-in, then this is not a valid reason to neg the deal.

      Hi Julz - absolutely, some may prefer a remote. I use both for different occasions. The benefit of the shutter button on the handle is that it is rechargeable and there is no forgetting remotes. If you do prefer remotes however, they generally are cheaper to import and will be sold cheaper.

      the only real difference is this had the remote built into the stick, the aldo one has a remote seperate (little fob with a button)

    So that's 4 days. Can you turn off the battery to make it last longer? It would be handy if you are on holidays and didn't need to recharge it every 4th day.

    I was walking along the Brisbane river and there were two guys zooming along on a jet ski. The second guy had a camera on a selfie stick and when they hit a bump he dropped it in the drink. Holy hell it was funny I nearly crapped my pants.

    Do these have a groove along the extending bits that prevents the stick from rotating and causing the camera to be upside down?

    I have bought some no-name one of these and if the stick isn't fully extended the camera ends up upside down.

    I was in venice 4 weeks ago, street vendors were selling these for €15…
    But street sellers (poor buggers making a quick buck) were cutting the legit vendors with the same stock at €5.
    Being a longtime Ozbargainer I asked what the profit was they made on a stick…= €1.50
    So if your going to Europe then save your dosh, if not, this is a "good" deal for local stock.
