You can pick up from both stores selling the monitor, though this one is in Rockdale so slightly closer than going to the CBD for me - then again the OLC Rep has been great.
I thought OLC's shipping to WA was high. iibuy's shipping is 62 dollars as compared to 25 from OLC.. DEFINITELY NO DEAL for the WA-ian, otherwise pickup is good :)

@iibuy: That's great news for customers! Almost as lame as Telstra's $2 fee to pay a Telstra bill at one of their outlets.
I'm charged $25.24 for delivery to Victoria whilst OnLine Computer's only charging me $16.45. Good thing I don't need it urgently then, and if the cashback deal falls through, I'll still have time to cancel my order with OLC.

I rang Acer this morning (Monday), the lady on the phone told me that this offer has expired. She said she couldn't see an extension to the end of the year.
We just double checked with our suppliers and acer. The cash back offer for this monitor is available until the end of November. Acer needs to update their cash back deadline for this model on their website.
Good deal if/when the cashback gets confirmed - waiting on it before ordering.

ok here is all how it happened …
i have finally bought the acer monitor and its just awesome with good contrast and better clarity. i ordered it today and got it in the evening though i never recieved an email for pick up from them, i called them back and they said its ready to be picked up, and about the cash back thing. ok, i went to iibuy.com store in rockdale and asked them about the cash back thingy and what they did !!! they gave me a bill dated back to 31st october and i have just filled the cash back claim on acer and will be posting my documents tomorrow. you get an option whether you want to get a cash redemption or there are four games to buy as i remember i.e halo 2 for vista, flight simulator 3, one more simulation game and lastly the action game but not a hifi game .. an old game. so here is my story. hope you all order asap or pick up from thier store .. enjoy !!
If that is the case, it seems like the replies from both companies selling the products are possibly misleading. I will probably go check it out tomorrow as I placed an order yesterday and received my pick up email today.

Just one question before I go and purchase these. So is the cashback for each item. I would like to buy three - would that mean that I can claim $147 back?

Very efficient service, I paid on Thursday, the monitor arrived at my doorstep the next day (on Friday afternoon. Well worth the extra postage I guess. The screen is great.
Monitor price now have been increased to $195 (after $49 Cash Back)
why the price increase?
