I already had $25 credit and it won't let me have the free shipping with it, else I would have gone for this deal.
That's unusual! I've never known them to not allow free shipping with credit. Are you using the code? I would contact them on Twitter.
The code worked when I am not signed into my account. But once I sign in it removes the free shipping and applies the $25 instead. When I try and enter the code again it says invalid. I sent them an email but haven't had a reply, didn't know I could contact them via twitter.
I'm sure that's a system glitch. Twitter or phone them is quicker than email. Tell them what wine you wanted to buy and what happened, and they can apply the free shipping manually.
It's not dark until 8:30pm local where I live so do I have to wait until then to place my order
