      That's for ANZ Rewards points only, not Qantas Frequent Flyer points.

      ANZ do offer QFF points bonus 50,000 but 0.5 Qantas Points per $1 spent on eligible purchases using your ANZ Frequent Flyer Visa card, up to $3,000 per statement period.

      Where as the Qantas Credit Union is
      Earn 1 Qantas Point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases
      Earn 2 Qantas Points for every $1 spent on Qantas products and services
      plus unlimited points per statement period.

        ANZ did have maybe another offer, which I have partaken - 50,000 points, $95 annual fee, AMEX and Visa. Visa only half points, but AMEX $1 per point, and can enjoy some of the AMEX deals listed on OzB.

    For anyone interested in applying, they don't make it easy.
    I got one of these cards a few years ago when the first year annual fee was free. I had to fill out a huge online questionnaire, and then after that was processed I had to scan and email several months of statements for every credit card that I owned!

    When canceling I suggested I would keep the card if they waived the annual fee for another year but they said they did not do that to retain customers. To be fair, only one card I've tried that with (Westpac Earth) actually got me another free year.

    It was a good card apart from that.

      It's open to all. It was staff and immediate family only yonks ago though.

      Actually, it wasn't yonks, that was prolly 8-9 years ago.

        Yonks. Um, yes. Yonks are good.

        The card image on the link I posted shows the word Staff, clearly at the top. I guess the image isn't 8-9 years old.

        Anyway, I reckon if one can evade the annual fee somehow, then it's a good card for the uncapped points.
