The book is about contemporary management of erectile dysfunction and also a great tool to learn about nutrition, weight management and exercise.

It appears to be a problem but nothing to be ashamed of when looking for the answers
Especially since it doesn't look all that hard to take in.

This thread is hard to follow.
Can't keep up?
@strangeloops66: can't get it up
It says riding a bike can do as much damage as sitting in a chair or driving a car, because you're sitting in one position. But the reason cycling is considered a danger is because the seat of a bicycle put pressure on the perineum which over time constricts blood flow. Although I don't have any research or references to prove this, the logic is simply flawed and based on that I question the whole book…
sssboi maybe you have a point. However, this is not the idea of the book cover. There is much more behind the obvious image. Moreover, have you heard of a cyclist from Tour de France to experience any problems at all? Don't think so. Anyways, you are free to explore the book and judge it how you see fit. It is free and I hope you will enjoy it.
