    iOS 7 Minute Workout

Dammit, I've already upgraded to iOS 8 !!!

    • Pay that!

Talking of paying, this app has inapp purchases, which are now free. But not fully understanding if these in app purchases will cost after the app is no longer free, I suggest you download these now while they are free. Yoga and Abs exercises

not fully understanding if these in app purchases will cost after the app is no longer free

once you purchase an in-app, it's yours forever so they can't charge you for it later…

        • I understand that part of being always free once "purchased".

In this case the free inapp purchases dont seem to come with the program by default.

You have to order those. Free if you do it now. If you leave it to later you might find that these options will need to be paid for.

        • @RockyRaccoon: Ahh, that'd explain why they're saying it's normally $6.99 and AppShopper says it's never sold for more than $2.49 - the inapp purchases must be free for a limited time too.

    • Hahahaha…. that's exactly the scene I think about when I hear these "timed 7min workouts".
      Gold :).

  • I can't believe people pay for this! Just use a clock or the stopwatch on your phone/watch and google the workout (or any workout for that matter):

    https://www.google.com.au/search?q=7+minute+workout&rlz=1C1A…

That would be the OzBargain way of doing things. :D

    • And Google Calculator and weather and even card games. But it's free so why bother with the google way….

  • The official 7 min app is pretty great and also totally free with no iaps : https://7minuteworkout.jnj.com/

  • Still trying to find the peer reviewed research where it's "proven" to work. Scientifically of course. Anyone?
