With that sorted, I'm sure the next question will be its refresh rate at 4K.
Doesn't look like HDMI 2.0 so that's a hint.
Well have a look at the TV specs it should show it. Oh yes 100hz refresh rate at 3840 x 2160p resolution.
100Hz and 3840x2160p are both listed but it's extremely unlikely to see that refresh rate at full res.
Most likely 30Hz is the true rating. HDMI 2.0 is needed to go beyond that.
Bit deceptive then because the specs state resolution 3840 x 2160 and 100hz refresh rate. It's maybe actually 100Hz at 1920x1080 resolution.
back in 2014 when this TV as posted, an OzBian looked in the manual and saw 24/25/30 for 2160p
no HDMI 2.0
EDIT: fairly average price - was under $700 in Dec 2014 but the AUD might have something to do with that
Nice price. Seen this TV in JB and the picture is fantastic compared to other models beside it.

Harvey Norman beats this price by $1 at $747. Price beaten!!. Nice find i guess if you want to save $1. $1 may mean a lot to some Ozbargainers.

Perhaps the Harvey Norman $747 deal should be put in the description?.
This has has appeared on OzBargain for $687 previously. There is also some discussion of this set on Whirlpool of a related TV Set. Obvious catch is that a UHD TV won't magically make your existing bluray disks UHD so you'll only get FullHD quality until you upgrade everything else.
TL;DR: probably a reasonable price, but I won't rush out and ozbargain it since I expect better deals to come up and I don't need another TV.
The Hisense 50K320UW does not appear on TGG web site. So for some reason TGG was keen to get rid of the stock which i wonder why. That's probably why it was at the cheapest price at that time.
Now a days the TV is $747 at HN and $748 at JB.
No good for gaming, to much lag on input but a very good TV.
50 inch UHD TV just for $7xx, what can you argue about the specs?
So which cheap uhd TVs DO have HDMI 2.0, me wonders…
I looked at this tv, and it's 60 inch big brother.
In the end we ended up purchasing a Samsung HU7000 for picture / price , but also the Samsung Smart TV stuff looked alot better, but i remember the picture on the Hisense being fantastic.
My words at the time were, " If our other TV goes belly up, i might just come and get one "
I'm going to go out on a limb and say the next few comments will be "put the price in the title"
~edit: thanks mods
