It is stating GTA IV is region locked, I just purchased it and it is not region locked

Redeems on steam, good price if you don't already own these three games.
All of these games also use Rockstar Social Club as another form of DRM.

This is a really good deal. I'm on the border of whether to get it or not. I have GTA IV already and I'm not sure if I'd actually play the other two.

If anyone can confirm, it's three Steam keys right?

  The other two are both excellent. Max Payne is a fun third person shooter with good mechanics, LA Noire is a detective game where you have to find evidence to take down the bad guys. It was a bit of a slow burn but overall I enjoyed it.

  Yep, all three are steam keys along with Rockstar Social Club.
  
  Edit: I just purchased it to make sure it's safe. You get three separate keys for all the games, all redeem on Steam. GTA IV is in fact not region locked. Hope this helps
