  Enter the short summary as - partial refund, price change

  Start a chat session, they may ask for the order number again, and then get it fixed. The policy is supposedly 7 days from the delivery date.

    I can't find a policy statement on Amazon's web site to confirm the cut-off for claims, but yes, I managed to get a refund of US$10 apiece just now on my purchases (which I haven't received yet) from the last time it was brought up on OzBargain (per the link in the post).
