As with TA's comment, no where does it state combo, and only seems to be a post viewable by those in Sydney for some reason.

I ordered a Large Whopper Meal (no cheese), swapping Coke for Water.
It cost more as a combo than it would have to buy a Whopper, a water and a large fries.
It was excruciatingly painful to get the price of the individual items from the store…

I was just in there. Deal is for either 2 for 1 Whoppers (burgers only) or 2 for 1 Whopper small meals, your choice. No voucher required, poster on door only shows meals but CSR confirmed burgers only, too.
Burgers only was $5.80
Meal was $9.45
Think price varies slightly store to store. This was Armidale NSW.
$9.45 is quite expensive. Buy x2 $9.45, you'll get 4 meals for ~$20 which is very similar to the regular family deal is it not?
