great price and great product. got one just below $300 from Myer couple months ago. HDMI ports come in handy.

I don't want to neg your deal but for $37 more you can get the LG NB3540 2.1 Channel
Soundbar from JBhifi. Which has almost double the RMS output (320W) and a wireless subwoofer.

I have the lg sound plate which sounds great but lacks the hdmi and NFC. This looks like a great deal. They do have built in subs, are fine for a small room and look a lot better than sound bars.
