I came across this build on another forum:
CPU: Intel Core i5 4460 $245
Mobo: ASRock H97M-Pro4 $109
RAM: G.Skill Sniper/Ares 2x4GB 1600MHz DDR3 $109
SSD: Crucial MX100 128GB $95
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB $99
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 960 $299
Case: Corsair Carbide 200R $79
PSU: Thermaltake Smart Power 550W or FSP Raider 550W $85
OS: Windows 8.1 64bit $115
TOTAL: $1235
The parts are bought from PCCaseGear
Would like to know if its good value for money or can i get a better build with the same amount of money with different parts combination and or bought from another computer store?
For the RAM, something like this or an equivalent from another brand should perform the same but would save you $10.
