    • not sure. Enjoy it while it lasts!

      I can't comprehend your stupidity……..

      • +1

        LMAO

    • +1

Ever thought that people other than yourself may be interested?

    • too close to stupidity

    • +2

I'm starting to think if a post receives that many negatives their vote should be revoked.

    • +1

He probably works for Dominos ;)

  • +6

About time Pizza Hut accepted coupons online.

    • +5

      yep pizza hut > dominoes

  • Awesome!! Thanks! =)

  • Wow, a pizza hut pizza that isn't a rip off?

    Thanks :)

  • Jesus took them long enough to try and get some of that Dominoes code money

    • I understand them not wanting to get into a race to the bottom. I just hope their pizza quality doesn't suffer with these cheaper deals now.

  • BM and BA codes dont seem to be working anymore.

    • still works for me

    • +1

You mean BM and FA? BG and BM will only work if you select Pickup.

  • this is nice, one quick question, when you enter the coupon code will the counter people ask you for the coupon?

    • +1

ordered last night without a problem

  • I don't know why. But when I add the code BM. It ends up at 11.95

    • $2 surcharge for BBQ chicken pizza's.

  • Just tried 'BM' Code at Thornleigh store.

The guy that serves me couldn't give them to me because the pizzas cost $5.50 each to make apparently. The best he could do was $14 so I took my money back to Dominos. That was your chance to win me back Pizza Hut!

    • +1

Disappointing. Pizzas do not 'cost' $5.50 to make. I'm not in the pizza business but I don't believe it. Especially if Domino's can do $4.95 regularly (haven't bought a pizza from them in years that was more than $5.50).

I've voted +ve but hopefully not all franchises give you that much hassle.

      • +1

Either he runs his business very poorly and he's telling the truth, or he was just lying because he didn't want to give it to you that cheap and assumed you would pay extra.

If more Pizza Huts do this then its probably just easier to stick to dominos.

        • Even if the quality is better @ Pizza Hut I might stick with Domino's too. While PH has been closing stores steadily over the past decade around me I see more and more Domino's popping up. PH just weren't that competitive unfortunately.

  • Argh just as I'm hankering for pizza the order site is down: https://order.pizzahut.com.au/
"Page not found." Is it working for anyone else?

    • Getting the same as you.

    • Same here, No site up… .

    • It's back up… Stuck on the processing screen thou.

edit: order went through. Hope they honour it.

  • Just a heads up folks…
Most Franchisees train their staff to ask for the coupons; chances are with these prices you won't get away with it without the coupon.

    • Well then they lose the sale.

      • Exactly. I remember even when dominoes used to ask for the original coupon when you ordered they let you get away with it if you didn't have it.

Dominoes have great pizzas so there isn't much of a loss if you can't get a cheap pizza from Pizza Hut.

    • OK. So order online with a coupon. If you get there and they won't give the pizza to you then tell them you'll go to Dominos.

Either they break even on pizzas or make a small profit, or lose money because the pizza will most probably just get chucked out. Especially if you order something obscure. Simple. I haven't had to present a voucher at Dominos for ages.

Question to OP: where did you get the coupons?

      • found it on whirlpool forums

  • Just a heads up folks…

  • Mandurah WA is not willing to honour this code. Was told by the store manager that "the lowest they'll go for pizzas is $7.95"
The order online went through, no phone call or anything, just a "problem with my order" when I went to pick up.
Oh well. They still make yummy pizzas at that store.

    • think that's a total lie, my local store does a half price pizza deals on
thrus for $6.50- $7 each and taste better then the franchisees pizzas!

      intersection on lygon VIC
also for paste, i know lot of Mel Uni students go there!

  • Pizza hut will not honour this. Their staff don't know about the promotion.

Used the FN – 3 Large Pizzas from $19.95 myself.. worked a treat PLUS you can chose the chicken pizzas and it won't charge you the surcharge for it… worked for the 3011 store

yeah they did asked for the coupon when the came to deliver them i said i didn't have it they still sold me the pizzas

  • VIC stores will accept 6.50 but usually only if you have the coupon.

  • I used to buy pizza hut for $5 online without any coupon, its about a year ago..

  • +4

    I'm giving this a negative…

After handing over the cash, they held my money & pizza for ransom for a stupid coupon lol…

Stuff it, isn't worth the effort, order from domino's…

  • +7

When I went to my pizza hut the manager came out and rudely questioned my $9.95 order demanding a coupon. I said I didn't have one and that I ordered it online. He then jumped in and demanded to know how I ordered it. Looking at him with "how many ways can you order a pizza hut pizza online look" I told him I used the pizza hut website quoting the BM code. He looked at me like I just spat in his face and after muttering some obsenities under his breath he told me he'd accept it this time and don't plan on ever coming back to use that coupon again because he is going to complain to pizza hut's marketing line about it.

What a rude prick. I was happy to walk out with my $10 and leave him with a $9.95 loss and go to any of the other pizza chains in the area. One things for sure, I won't be returning to pizza hut anytime soon.

Not voting negative because I got the deal at the quoted price but not voting positive either given it seems my local isn't the only one having issues with this deal.

Once I used a valid $2.95 coupon at Dominos and they questioned me about it too but didn't give me attitude, just said its the cheapest coupon they've ever seen. Back to Dominos for me. If pizza hut aren't going to be price competitive they deserve to go out of business like many of the other stores around here already have.

  • +1

    Pizza hut @ Innaloo,WA
Same story… They were not ready to give without showing the coupon.
They already had my 3 PIZZAs ready , but said can't give at that prize.
I cancelled the order and walked away.. Again can't understand why this attitude when their website approved the deal??

  • +3

Arrive for the pizza once its being cooked or already cooked.

Then they have the choice of selling you 2 cheap pizzas or lose $10 and see the back of you as you leave the store.

From here on in I'll only use Dominos & Eagle Boys, they always honour their specials unlike these clowns.

    • i think you all need to realise that each franchisee probably distributes different coupons. In their defense, it's not really 'their special' if you didn't actually find the special from their store (local mailbox drop, or advertised in store, etc..)
I think that soon we will probably find that the only way to get a cheaper deal through pizza hut is to bring to coupon to the store to be applied, and will no-longer be applied on the internet/phone.
Who knows, but i definitely think that if we don't actually 'have' the special (coupon) we shouldn't expect them to honour it.

      • +3

It was dumb of Pizza Hut to distribute an online discount code, and not expect it to spread virally online. They need to develop their website to only accept codes applicable to each store..it's not our problem. They should just accept the coupons until such time, as they are, after all, part of a multinational brand that prides itself on having the same service no matter which store you enter. It's not good enough to say "our store doesn't do such and such".

        • Perhaps the online codes were distributed through "paper coupons" with the online codes on them so most stores expect the coupon to be handed over.

The guy from Whirlpool just came across the codes via googling.

Not worth the hassle for me…Dominos it is.

  • +1

All the dominoes in my area (Carlton VIC) dun seem to accept any coupons even if I present them. So this is a godsend to me ^_^, I've always liked Pizza hut pizzas a bit more for sum reason anyways

  • +2

These coupons don't appear to be working on the website anymore.

    • Same here

    • Yep, it doesn't work. But I don't think this was as big of a stuff up as the KFC deal.

  • It worked for me at the Guildford Pizza Hut, they didn't even ask for the coupon or even question me.

  • Hey All, I've used the XY Code for the last 3 weeks, works fine..Thats 3x Large for $27.95.
Delivery dude has not asked for any coupons..

  • There is clearly some logic on the pizza hut web site that means that some coupons work in some stores, and others dont

I bought a $7.95 pizza from Martin Place (thanks for the full list of codes Zonboy) - they asked for the coupon and I said i didnt have it - they called the manager and eventually sold me the pizza for that price. They showed me a hotdockets voucher for the same price, so $7.95 is not a super deal anyway - you can get that from hotdockets.com.au anytime.

So BB and higher prices work in Martin Place

Thornleigh store is right opposite a Dominos and they are always waging price wars - BG and BI work there
